Sweet coconut bar

Prepare two old coconuts by poking a hole and pouring out the coconut water inside. The coconut water can be drunk or used in soup
Gently crack open the shell and remove the whole piece of coconut flesh
Use a spatula to remove the skin from the coconut flesh
Clean coconut meat, white as snow
Then use a spatula to scrape the coconut flesh into even thin slices
